Misfat Old House, Misfat Al Abreyeen

Lovingly renovated directly in the old mudbrick village of the mountain oasis Misfat Al Abreyeen

Located in the heart of the ancient mud village of Misfat Al Abreyeen above Al Hamra, not far from Bahla and Nizwa, at the foot of Jebal Shams, the guesthouse is run by the dedicated Al Abri family, who live in the area.

The ambiance, especially in the evening, when there is local food for all guests on the terrace of the guesthouse, with a view of the gorge with the lovingly landscaped and intact terraced fields, awakens dreams of ancient Arabia.

The rooms are appointed in keeping with the original decor of old Oman homes and lovingly decorated with local crafts.

There is only one room in the Misfat Old House with private bathroom, all other rooms have access to shared showers and toilets.
