Arabian Sea Villas are 5 minutes' drive from the center of Salalah. From the roof terraces of these villas you have a panoramic view of the beach and the Indian Ocean.

The two duplexes directly on the long, wide sand beach offer a family atmosphere. All 11 simple rooms have a private bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The breakfast room has a TV for evening viewing, if desired.
